HIPERPRESS HP-300

HP-300 plant can make 300 bricks per hour so its total performance is 2.400 bricks per shift and annual performance is 2.628.000 bricks per year. It consists of:

• HPL-3SA preparatory line to prepare moulded mixture
• brick-making HPK1-100/12 press
• HPS-10 brick-splitter press

HPK1-100/12 does not use brick palletizer.

HIPERPRESS HP-600

HP-600 plant can make 600 bricks per hour so its total performance is 4.800 bricks per shift and annual performance is 5.256.000 bricks per year. It consists of:

• HPL-3KA preparatory line to prepare moulded mixture
• brick-making HPK2-200/12 press
• HPZ-2 brick palletizer
• HPS-10 brick-splitter press

HIPERPRESS HP-1200

HP-1200 plant can make 1.200 bricks per hour so its total performance is 9.600 bricks per shift and annual performance is 10.512.000 bricks per year. It consists of:

• HPL-6KA preparatory line to prepare moulded mixture
• two brick-making HPK2-200/12 presses
• two HPZ-2 brick palletizers
• HPS-10 brick-splitter press

HIPERPRESS HP-1800

HP-1800 plant can make 1.800 bricks per hour so its total performance is 14.400 bricks per shift and annual performance is 15.768.000 bricks per year. It consists of:

• HPL-9KA preparatory line to prepare moulded mixture
• three brick-making HPK2-200/12 presses
• three HPZ-2 brick palletizers
• HPS-10 brick-splitter press

Comparative performance of plants

HIPERPRESS equipment is destined for daily operation so operational mode of HIPERPRESS mini-plants mainly depends upon internal schedule. The second mode - 2 shifts per 8 hours with 6 days working week (313 working days per year) is used more often.

It should be noted that HIPERPRESS plants are also profitable when working 5 days a week in 1 shift and shift duration is 8 hours. But at such operating mode the term of cover of expenditure becomes longer.
