composition of mixture for hypercompression

Preparation of moulded mixture is a first stage of HIPERPRESS production. The mixture for HIPERPRESS brick production consists of 3 components:

• main raw material
  wastes of workings of lime-stone rocks, such as lime-stone, coquina, marl, marble and so on are the most suitable raw materials (see raw materials);
• cement
  portland cement of category from 300 to 500 depending on requirements to farbricated brick;
• pigment
  standard mineral pygments or improvised finely grinded rocks of required colour are used;

The water (up to 8% content) is added when required during mixing. One should care purity of water to avoid undesirable effects. The water must be drinking and running.

It has been proved by our working experience that care of cement quality and water purity should be taken also.
