Single mould hydraulic press, force 100 tonn and cycle 12 seconds. HPK1-100/12 produces 300 hyperpressed bricks per hour. - press HIPERPRESS HPK2-200/12
Double mould hydraulic press, force 200 tonn and cycle 12 seconds. HPK2-200/12 produces 600 hyperpressed bricks per hour.
lines for hyperpressed mixture preparationPreparatory line is an equipment which is intended for production adequate mixture of main raw materials, cement, pigment with addition of small amount of water. Performance of the preparatory line depends upon selected type of press and number of presses. - line HIPERPRESS HPL-3SA
Semi-automated preparatory line, produces 3 tonn of mixture per hour. Preparatory line HPL-3SA is intended for preparation of mixture for one press HPK1-100/12 or one press HPK2-200/12, that is it allows to produce 300-600 bricks per hour. It is minimum equipment that is required for mixture preparation for hyperpressed brick production. - line HIPERPRESS HPL-6KA
Automated preparatory line, produces 6 tonn of mixture per hour. Preparatory line HPL-6KA is intended for preparation of mixture for one or two presses HPK2-200/12, that is it allows to produce 600-1200 bricks per hour. This category of equipment is intended for mass industrial production of hyperpressed bricks.
palletizer for hyperpressed brick palletizing It is possible to capture and palletize press-made bricks onto trays manually by the use of special capture tool (to provide integrity of fresh-moulded brick) but in case of mass the use of special palletizing equipment is desirable. - palletizer HIPERPRESS HPZ-2/12
The palletizer is intended to provide automated and syncronous palletising of press-made hyperpressed bricks. Each 12 seconds, HPZ-2/12 palletizer picks up two bricks from press HPK2-200/12 and palletizes them onto pallet.
